About

Built because generic CRMs don't fit real businesses

Most CRMs make every industry adapt to the same generic pipeline. We built NeoCRM the other way around: start from what real estate, education, loan, agency, and clinic teams actually do day to day, then find the shared core underneath all of it.

Tenant-isolated data schemas

NeoCRM started from a simple frustration: watching businesses run their most important process — the relationship with the customer — across a spreadsheet, a notebook, and a dozen WhatsApp threads, because the CRMs available to them either cost too much, did too little, or forced their workflow to fit someone else's template.

The real estate module exists because cancellation forfeiture, escrow, and TDS compliance are real financial obligations that deserve to be modeled correctly, not approximated in a spreadsheet formula. The same is true for a loan case moving through underwriting, or a lead that needs a follow-up within the hour or it goes cold. Every module on this site started as someone's actual workflow, not a guess at what an industry might need.

What “the shared core” actually means

Every module below — real estate, education, loans, and the rest — configures this same core rather than forking its own copy of it.

Generalize the core, not the code

Every industry we support started as a real, specific workflow — real estate escrow rules, education fee ledgers, loan case tracking. Instead of forking a new product for each one, we kept pulling the shared parts (pipelines, permissions, SLAs, search) back into one core, so depth in one vertical strengthens all of them.

Trust is a discipline, not a claim

Schema baselines, continuous audits, and fail-closed authorization aren't marketing language here — they're what runs on every push, because a CRM holding your customer data has to earn that trust mechanically, not just promise it.

Speed is a constraint, not an afterthought

A CRM that's slow to load is a CRM your team stops opening. We treat load-time and query budgets as things CI enforces, not something fixed after users complain.
